YOGA CLASSES TIMETABLE

AUTUMN TERM begins : Thursday 9th September 2021

Classes are now returning back to in-person venues. I am committed to maintaining a safe environment for everyone. The class numbers are limited to ensure adequate space for everyone, and we will continue to ventilate the rooms. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL to maintain space.

To book: Call or Email to secure your space. All spaces must be paid for in advance – either by using a credit on your class pass, or by paying the one-off fee (details given on request). Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the session. Unfortunately no credits or refunds can be given after this time.

TUESDAY

 YOGA CLASS

TIME: 7.00-8.30Pm

COST: £9.00 drop in/£42 for a 5 Class Pass

VENUE: Holland Sports Ground Function Room, Efflinch Lane, Barton-under-Needwood.

This is a gentle class suitable for beginners and those who like a slower pace of Yoga.

 WEDNESDAY

                                     

RISE & SHINE YOGA

TIME: 8.00-9.00am

COST: £7.50 drop in/£35 for a 5 Class Pass

Venue: Zoom

This class is a blend of wake up stretches and flows with a short meditation to finish. A great way to start the day.

Suitable for Beginners and Experienced Yogis.

Zoom Login details will be given after booking and payment are received.

 WEDNESDAY

                                     

GENERAL YOGA 

TIME: 7.30-9.00pm

COST: £9.00 drop in/£42 for a 5 Class Pass

VENUE: Holland Sports Ground Function Room, Efflinch Lane, Barton-under-Needwood.

Suitable for those with some experience of Yoga or beginners who are comfortable with a faster pace.

THURSDAY

                                    

YOGA CLASS

TIME: 7.30-9.00pm

COST: £9.00 drop in/£42 for a 5 Class Pass

VENUE: Village Hall, Crowberry Lane, Barton-under-Needwood

Suitable for experienced Yogis who want to deepen their practice.

All the Yoga Classes are a blend of gentle warm up moves, dynamic sequences, static and long held poses, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, chanting, relaxation and philosophy. We often work with specific themes.

You will always be invited to work at your own pace and to your own ability. There is never any pressure to achieve any specific pose or technique.
